A case manager is a licensed teacher or related service provider who is a member of the IEP team and is responsible to coordinate instruction and related services for the student. The case manager will coordinate the delivery of special education services and will be the primary contact for the parent.
This training course will provide an overview of case management responsibilities and activities related to this service. If you have received case management training through education, prior or ongoing experience, you will have the option to note this and move on to the final segment of Targeted Case Management for the LEA Billing Option Program.
This training course meets the “Agency Approved” case management training for LEA Billing Option Program purposes. A certificate of completion will be provided, once the course is complete.
