LEAs finally have a robust platform to manage school health office visits and specialized physical healthcare services all in one place. Health E Kids is seamlessly integrated into Practi-Cal’s existing EHR and school-based billing software.
- Kiosk Mode – Students can quickly check-in and note the reason for the visit. Students and teachers can remotely check students in, via QR code, to alert health staff that a student is on their way.
- Waiting Room – Students checked in will appear in the waiting room, ready to be seen. Health E Kids tracks time spent in waiting room and staff can be assigned to specific rendering service providers, when appropriate.
- Visit Documentation – Quickly and accurately document service using the custom medical note templates created for specific illnesses, injuries, or diagnosis. Quickly view office visit history.
- Visit Automation – Rendering practitioner and visit start/end time are automatically tracked and documented, with compliant electronic signatures.
- Scheduled Visits – Health E Kids makes it easy to document scheduled prescribed or ordered specialized physical healthcare services.
- Export Visit Notes – Health staff can export visit log to PDF.
- Medical History – Health E Kids displays; Known Health Problems, Allergies, and any assigned diagnosis codes. This information may be important prior to rendering service.
